Improving machine automation performance, reducing manpower, and giving full play to machine production efficiency under the same time and space conditions are the right choices to improve quality and reduce costs. Especially under the "new normal", our company pays special attention to consider the competitive advantage, so that customers can maintain their market position. For this reason, it was decided to demonstrate a high-profile decorative paper gravure printing machine with 320m/min high speed, full servo, electronic axis, electrostatic ink absorption and energy saving at the company’s exhibition in mid-to-late October 2015, using isolated waste heat cycle three-time collection and utilization technology , To achieve high speed, high configuration, high efficiency and energy saving. As we all know, decorative papers are printed with water-based inks due to high environmental protection requirements, which require relatively high drying heat energy, and therefore become a high-energy-consuming industry. The decorative paper printing industry has developed in my country since the 1990s and has now reached the full innovation stage. Since the industry did not mention higher requirements for energy-saving and environmental protection measures before, the printing presses are systematically considering energy saving, environmental protection, and energy efficiency. The attention to research and development in other areas is obviously not enough. At present, environmental protection technology is in the ascendant and everything is necessary. In recent years, we have developed 8 patents for printing energy conservation, which are applied to various printing drying technologies, externally exhausted warm gas to heat energy gas recycling, reducing thermal energy emissions, and enabling customers to carry out energy-saving technical transformations of old machines under existing conditions. On the one hand, good experimental results have been made and can be favored by customers. Through more than a dozen technical transformations and upgrades, the performance and quality of the printing press have been greatly improved. At the same time, our company has developed and applied the patented technology of printing ink tanks that does not damage the plate and does not stain the ink, which saves time, trouble and saves the printing factory. The water-saving effects, the above energy-saving, emission-reduction, and water-saving measures are all in line with national environmental protection requirements.
