On November 6, 2024, Zhejiang Meige Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meige Machinery") successfully held the 2024 annual fire drill and rescue emergency team establishment meeting in the factory area. The purpose of this activity is to further enhance the safety awareness and emergency response ability of employees and ensure the stable progress of enterprise safety production. Ye Linfei, a registered safety engineer of Hangzhou Houxing Environmental Safety Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to give an on-site lecture, and brought comprehensive and in-depth fire safety training to employees through the combination of theory and practice.

At the beginning of the meeting, Li Jianming, full-time safety manager of Meige Machinery, emphasized the importance of fire safety and the significance of this event. After the theoretical explanation, engineer Ye Linfei led everyone into the practical session. Meige Machinery has carefully prepared a variety of fire-fighting equipment and equipment for this event, including fire extinguishers, fire hoses, escape masks, etc. Under the guidance of Engineer Ye, the employees were divided into groups to conduct practical operation drills.

In the fire extinguishing practice, Engineer Ye explained in detail the use of fire extinguishers, precautions and extinguishing skills of common fire sources. According to the instructions, the employees picked up the fire extinguishers in turn and extinguished the simulated fire source. In the hands-on practice of fire hoses, the employees learned how to properly lay and connect fire hoses, as well as how to use water cannons to extinguish fires. At the same time, in the practical use of escape masks, employees learned how to quickly wear face shields in the event of a fire to protect themselves from smoke damage.

In addition to the practical exercises, Meige Machinery also took this opportunity to formally set up a rescue emergency team. The team is composed of heads of various departments and key employees of the company, aiming to respond quickly and deal with emergencies in an orderly manner to ensure the safety of personnel and the stability of the enterprise.
