The Third First Employee Representative Conference of the Trade Union of Zhejiang Meige Machinery Co., Ltd. was successfully held

On April 27, 2024, Zhejiang Meige Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Meige Machinery) welcomed the union election. This election adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, aiming to select union leaders who truly represent their interests and can speak for them for the vast number of employees. After fierce competition, a new generation of union leaders has emerged, who will shoulder the responsibility of safeguarding the rights and interests of workers and promoting the development of union work.

This election has been strictly conducted in accordance with relevant regulations since the preparation stage. The members of the election committee are composed of representatives from all parties, ensuring the fairness of the election. The election results are compiled and publicly disclosed by the election committee, and the entire process is open and transparent, which has been recognized by the majority of employees.

There are a total of 6 candidates participating in this election. Through a fair, just, and open election process, new members of the trade union committee, trade union chairman, members of the budget review committee, and female director of the vocational committee will be elected.

After a tense voting and counting process, the new leadership of the labor union has finally been announced. In this union election, a total of 5 members of the union committee were elected, namely Chen Lianhe, Liu Ying, Sun Dongjun, Ma Chunhong, and Zhang Ya. Among them, Chen Lianhe served as the chairman of the trade union committee, Ma Chunhong as the director of the budget review committee, and Liu Ying as the director of the female vocational committee.

After the union election conference, the chairman of the company, Liu Guofang, fully affirmed the union election, which reflects the importance of democratic management and employee participation within the company. Union elections are a part of the company's democratic system. By electing employee representatives, they participate in the company's decision-making and management, safeguard employee rights and benefits, and truly establish a two-way relationship between the enterprise and employees.

The new chairman of the trade union committee, Chen Lianhe, also provided a detailed explanation of his future work plan. He stated that he will focus on protecting the rights and interests of employees, coordinating labor relations, and providing vocational skills training, striving to create a better working environment and development opportunities for employees. At the same time, they will also strengthen communication and cooperation with the government, enterprises and other aspects, and jointly promote the cause of trade unions to achieve more brilliant achievements.
